Ordering Information We accept the following payment methods - credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, bank transfer, company check (USA only), and Net 30 terms for approved account holders. For all credit card orders, we will need your exact billing address and telephone number (address and phone number on file with the credit card company). Inaccurate information will result in an interruption of the processing of your order or a rejection of your credit card. Our customers can request shipping via UPS/Fedex or DHL shipping methods or we can use the customers shipping account number. Truck freight will be arranged for all pallet quantity shipments with actual charges prepaid and added to order invoice. Florida commercial clients shall provide us with their current tax exempt certificate, which can be either emailed or faxed to us. Orders are currently accepted via email or fax. International Payments All orders will be processed in US Dollars. We do not accept credit cards from non-US issued banks. International customers can also make payment via bank wire transfer payment or Irrevocable Letter of Credit for orders over $100,000. Liability Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. has made it easy for our clients to find our companies product offerings through our user friendly company website. However, it is the responsibility of the client to choose the correct water treatment system or filters for their specific circumstances. Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. may provide details on specific water treatment technology and may offer common solutions to common water problems. However, Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. does not suggest a particular water treatment or filtration system for a particular condition. Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. shall not share liability with our vendor partners for compensation caused by faulty water treatment or filtration products or the installation of these products. Clients agree to hold Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. harmless for any indemnity caused by the improper manufacture, design, or installation of a water treatment or filtration product. Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving notice. Web Links The Genesis Water Technologies website may contain web links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and/or managed by third parties. The client/customer acknowledges that Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for the content or management of such third party site. Order Acceptance Policy Receipt of an order confirmation either by electronic methods or other methods does not indicate any acceptance of your order. Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. has the justification at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline the order for any reason. If your order is cancelled for any reason by our company, a complete refund will be issued for the cancelled order. Order changes prior to order processing may be made at no cost; however, order processing usually takes 1 business day. After product order is processed, changes or deletions to an order are subject to a US$20.00 handling fee. Other Terms & Conditions The Terms and Conditions on this Terms & Conditions web page shall supplant any terms and/or conditions that the customer includes with any purchase order, regardless of whether Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. has agreed to other such terms. We reserve the right to make changes to the Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. website and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Products (Out of Stock) We will promptly ship the clients order as soon as it becomes available. Many orders will ship within two business days depending on when your order is received by us. There may be instances, when a product or system that our client has ordered is currently out of stock. This will delay the clients order. We will make every effort to keep our clients informed of any products that they may have ordered which are currently out of stock, back ordered, or unavailable for shipment. Our company utilizes "cookies" on our website. This process enables us to customize your experience with us and allows you to analyze data about our companies products. Returns and Cancellations Policy All product returns require a return product authorization number for processing. This number can only be obtained through contacting us. Any returns received without a proper return merchandise authorization number (RMA) shall be denied. It may be in your best interest, to insure your product return as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damage items that are in transit to us. We do not accept returns on defective or damaged products after 30 days from the date of invoice. Simply send the item(s) back in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee or $50 whichever is greater. This means that our clients will be refunded 80% of their original purchase price on the item(s) they are returning, assuming that the items are in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Refunds will be credited using the clients original purchase method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After 30 days there is no returns or refunds! Reverse Osmosis Membranes can be returned if unused and determined to be in resellable condition. Reverse Osmosis Systems, Backwash Filter Systems, Ultrafiltration Systems, RO Chemicals, UV Disinfection Systems, Better Water Chlorine Pellets, as well as Special Order Items are non-returnable as they are custom built to our clients’ specifications. Shipping policy We ship our products throughout the USA and worldwide. Product orders in stock shall be shipped within two business days. Additional shipping charges shall be applied for orders placed outside the domestic United States and for all air freight shipments. Once UPS, FedEx, or our designated common carrier has picked up the products at our warehouse location, Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen goods. As always, inspect your shipment within 1 business day of order delivery. If products are damaged in shipping, contact the shipper and Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. within 1 business day to notify all parties of a claim for damage. Our designated shipper (USPS,UPS,FedEx or common carrier), shall handle processing for our customers’ damage claims. Replacement for damaged parts will not be shipped until the new parts are received by Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. Sales Taxes Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. shall automatically add 6.0% sales tax for all applicable orders to be shipped to addresses within the state of Florida. For orders shipped to other US states or abroad, the client is exclusively responsible for all applicable taxes or fees. Organizations that have tax exempt status in the state of Florida must email or fax their tax exempt certificates to our company before shipment of their order. Product Warranty Information All of our products carry a complete manufacturer's warranty. This warranty shall cover repair or replacement of defective components solely at the manufacturer's discretion, and this product warranty shall not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, labor or misapplication of labor, or and act of God such as fire, earthquake, or other natural disasters. Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. will not be held responsible for any damage, or injuries caused by improper installation, or any other misuse of products that are manufactured, supplied or distributed by Genesis Water Technologies, Inc. |
