The Trisep Turboclean Beverage Specific Membranes are designed and engineered to meet the needs of the beverage industry.

These membrane elements meet USDA and FDA guidelines. They can be manufactured for high temperature and high pressure sanitizing applications and are available in 4"x40" and 8"x40" sizes.

Membrane Construction: Membranes are composed of Polyethersulfone (PES) on Polyester Backing or TFC Fully Aromatic Polyamide construction

Operating Characteristics:
*Typical element feed pressure 1000 psi (69 bar)
*Maximum element feed pressure 100-400 psi (7-28 bar)
*pH range continuous operation 2 – 11
*pH range cleaning 2 – 11.5 @ 140ºF (60ºC)
*Maximum operating temperature 140º F (50ºC)
*Maximum chlorine concentration < .1ppm
